My standard fee is $165 per session.<span style=\"font-size: revert;\"> Our first session will be up to one and a half hours and is billed at $185. If you have insurance, I will ask for your insurance information as the billing company I use will submit the insurance claims directly to your insurance company. I can bill most insurances as an out of network provider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Payment with cash, check, or Health Savings Account (HSA) card is due at the time of service.<\/p>\n<p>I am a contracted provider with the following insurance companies-<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>United\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaiser Permanente PPO network<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Premera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Regence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lifewise\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blue Cross Blue Shield\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nI am telehealth only at this time.
